Focus means your center, the headquarters and central concentration. I want everything that flows from my mind and my mouth to have a central focus on Christ. When I become irritated, judge mental or filled with anxiety I want to remember my center and focus my eyes on Christ. Focus my heart, mind and life on my center … My Heavenly Father.
