Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me Psalm 51:10

I have problems dealing with family members when they begin to frustrate me through things they can not always control so I need to work on the spirit with which i deal with them. I am sure I also need to work on my spirit in other situations this is just the one at the forefront for me at this moment. I want to allow God to be more influential in my spirit.

My secondary scripture is Proverbs 17:27
Whoever restrains his words has knowledge and he who has a cool spirit is a man of understanding.
