I have been choosing words for the past few years. Simplicity was my word for 2014, and fresh was my word for 2015. I was able to weave those themes through every aspect of my life those years, most recently, losing weight and getting healthy in 2015. In 2016, I will need to stay the course and take that theme to a new level as I plan to maintain my weight loss and advance my new found participation in running.
