Last year I chose content. I wanted to become content with where I was in my life and with what I had. I knew I needed to become okay with everything (positive and negative) in my life before I could move on. I was able to do that, not perfectly, but more times than not.

This year My One Word is better. I want to be better in every area of my life. This might seem huge, but I’m not shooting for the moon, I just want to be better. Even if it is only an infinitesimal spec better, that’s progress (and I’m still striving for contentment)!
