My One Word: Obedience

I need to learn to “Trust in the Lord with all [my] heart and lean not on [my] own understanding; in all [my] ways submit to him, …” Prov 3:5-6. – and not just theoretically but in my actions. Obedience requires me to not just trust in God, but also to check in with him regularly to find out what his will is, instead of going off on my own path habitually.
