My One Word: Believe
From: Raquel
My one word is BELIEVE. I often hear clearly what God is telling me to do and what he has promised me. I hear and receive my direction, but then I look at my circumstances and start doubting if I heard God correctly. Even though my level of faith has increased, my doubt remains. When this happens, I place myself in a wilderness. And when I finally believe, I find myself at the promise. Even after setting goals for 2014 and receiving confirmation, doubt crept in. I believe God is who He says he is and I believe God can do what he says he can do, so why do I doubt. This year I’m focusing on my unbelief and trusting God to help me truly BELIEVE His word. Amen.
