I’ve probably read or heard this verse hundreds of times in my life: “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you.” Matthew 6:33 But the other day as I was reading it yet again, the word SEEK jumped off the page at me. Jesus was asking me to simply seek HIM and His Kingdom. Everything else in my life will work as it should if I would just be faithful to that one thing. So this year my focus is simply to making seek Him with my whole heart top priority over all the other things I would like to work on “changing” about myself or my life.
