The Lord has really called me to “pause” in many ways this year and this exact word will help me to stop and make the right choices before I respond with my raw emotion. Whether it be with anger towards my family or choosing chocolate in the pantry vs choosing to lay it all at the Lord’s feet… Also choosing to pause will stop me from hurrying so I can let go of control more and just let God!
