At first I was sure my one word would be discipline or self control. However as I prayed and reflected I realized it was a bigger picture than that and one of a loving God who trusted in me. It was about stewardship. If I can understand being a good steward of all that God has given me then the other things, discipline/self control, all happen as a fruit of truly understanding and embracing stewardship.
