My One Word: Choose

I prayed over this and journaled for several days. I wanted to use words like: thankfulness, joy, hope and then choose came to me. I realized it encompassed all the different things I want to see changed in myself. I can choose joy, I can choose to be thankful, I can choose the better food choice, etc. I am excited to see what The Lord will do in me over the next year!
