This word directly defies the tendency to make an excuse for acting outside the will of God by saying “that is just who I am”. I desire to exhibit the fruits of the Spirit, but often feel the list of characteristics do not represent me. This word embodies the possibility of becoming as God intends by living through the power available to me through Christ Jesus.
