My One Word: CRY
I chose this word for a couple of reasons. 1) I recently attended a conference entitled “One Cry” which focuses on unity in the Body of Christ and crying out for revival in our cities. The Lord has called me to intercede for my beloved city of Reno NV because He loves it and so do I.
2) Psalm 27:7 states, “Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice”. I so desire to be a person who cries out to the Lord from the heart for:
– the lost
– in praise and worship
– for my city, nation and the world
– against injustice and unrighteousness
– the peace of Jerusalem
– daily and continuously for everything
– healing of the afflicted
– more of His Presence
– wisdom and understanding and discernment
To be a person who cries out with intention, passion, tears, expectation and confidence unto the Lord continually. I want the cry of my heart to be a way of life unto the Lord for all things till the day of His return.
