My One Word: self-control

I can see many areas of my life where I need more self-control…in my words, in my reactions, in my spending, in my work, in my eating, in the time I spend online and in front of the tv…so many areas! I cannot achieve self-control on my own but only with the help of the Spirit.
“I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.” Philippians 4:13
