I recently heard a message from Phil 3 about letting go/releasing/forgetting the baggage of the past so that we could press toward the mark of to RECEIVE the “heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us.”
I want to focus on receiving in the present and looking forward to what lies ahead, unencumbered by the past or depending on my own righteousness.
“I want to know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised him from the dead. I want to suffer with him sharing in his death, so that one way of another I will experience the resurrection from the dead!”
