My One Word: Embrace
I’ve been thinking about this for one year since a good friend picked a word and slayed her word!
Embrace! It’s time to embrace all of me. The good and the bad but embracing the bad because the bad isn’t bad. The bad is also just me. The person who speaks up when I want, who cries hard over everything, who makes mistakes, who kicks butt in life, who loves hard, who procrastinates perfectionism, who overthinks. It’s time to embrace what makes me me and stop making apologies (unless warranted of course). It’s time to stop beating myself up and feeling unnecessary guilt. It’s time to embrace Gretchen.
