Content is my word because I find myself buried in too much of everything: too much debt, too much yarn, too much fabric, too many crafts to do and too many undone, too much time on the computer, too many papers to grade, to many work projects, too much food, too much weight and the list goes on. It stems from not being content in my present circumstances. Therefore I am always looking for something to bring contentment into my life. I am not satisfied with where I have landed in my journey. Instead of looking to God to fill the lack of content in my heart, I have always looked to things, projects, shopping, hobbies, etc. to fill that void. ITim 6:6 tells me that there is great gain in godliness with contentment. I am looking forward to that godly gain in my life.
