I am a Baby Boomer working with Millenials. I just read Managing Millenials (Espinoza and Ukleja) over vacation, and was shocked and inspired by the authors’ insights into their intrinsic values. I need the Lord’s help to learn to look beyond the attitudes and actions to their hearts, affirm them, and patiently learn to relate in love. Relationships reign over rules and proper procedures.
