My one word for 2014 is SHINE.

I choose to remember that God SHINES his face on me as an indication of his blessing, and that I can therefore be confident that I am the object of his favour and affection.

I want God to SHINE his light into my heart to bring greater revelation of who he is – and who I am in him – so that I can become more like Jesus.

I pray that the light of Jesus will SHINE through me this year, so that others will be attracted to him and will give him glory.
