I always choose a verb- but I am in a transition phase in my life, and realised that negativity was pervasive, and that we can be joyful, even when going through life’s travails. With this word as my guide, I am hopeful that I can exemplify it in my life, my work, and in relationships… and in so doing, to be a vehicle of love and healing.
