I sought this word for a couple of weeks as I’ve done for four years. I pray, think, and ask God to give me a word. This is the word that came through. The scriptures God brought to mind are Ephesians 4:22-24. “You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
I believe God is asking me to Push myself past some obstacles I’ve allowed, my resistance to change and God’s will in that, to Push past complacency. I know I can’t do this without Him, yet He is calling me to do my part! We’ll see how this unfolds!
