I chose the word “Think”, because it is the word I feel will allow me to focus on God’s commands. Think before speaking, think about what God is wanting from me and what choices He wants me to select. Think about what His Word is teaching me. Think about the healthy and unhealthy choices and how I can change. Think to pray to God for support and understanding and direction. Think!
