My one word for 2015 is ‘Faithful’. I chose this word because I desire God to develop within me the traits of a faithful follower of Jesus Christ.

In the end I want to be:
• Unwavering in belief – believing firmly in the promises of God, the truth of His Word, and in Christ Jesus.

• Consistently loyal – reliably trustworthy and loyal to God and His covenant, my family, and His church.

• Not adulterous or promiscuous (physically or spiritually) – maintaining sexual purity and not giving myself nor my heart away to any person or thing (idolatry) other than Christ.

• Conscientious – faithful performance of the duties God has given me. Being faithful in the little things so that Christ may be pleased with me upon His return, be rewarded with even greater things, and enter into the joy of my Master (Matthew 25:21,23).
