My One Word: WAIT
From: CTUHACEK
WAIT means to look forward expectantly, or to be ready and available. It also means to attend, as a servant.
I believe God wants me to look forward to the future instead of the sense of dread I sometimes feel. I need to trust him with the things I fear.
If I am being God’s ready and available servant, he will take care of the burdens of my heart.
Psalm 27:14
Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!
Isaiah 40:31
But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
