Last year I had “Strength”. This was very powerful in helping me make big decisions in 2016. It was important to me to keep up the good work, but was time to “soften” and “enlarge” the word “Strength”. For me, Sustain embodies the word “strength”. It also has connotations around being kind to self (mind, body, soul) and growing and nurturing that. Further, the word Sustain is how I have chosen to approach my team members in 2017 – give them support to grow in their own careers. A little bit of give back.
