I picked this word because I know and feel that the changes sin my life are possible only if I first become a prayer worrier and prayer dependant. It is so difficult to do it in a life that has a list to do and a life that requires to be available at all times. I desire and need to change this part of my life with God’s help. It doesn’t work to do it on your own. You struggle and you feel guilty when you can’t do what you have promised God and yourself.! Thank you for the encouragement! Anna
