My One Word: relax
If I sit down and think of all the goals, worries, to do’s, expectations and resolutions of 2013 I find myself feeling riddled with anxiety. There are SO many things I want to do and at the same time SO many things expected of me. If I was to get a handle on every single thing in my life I discovered that the single best way to do that is to relax. Seems pretty contradictory but it’s the best idea I’ve had in a while. If I slow down, breathe, and relax, then the things I really need to do come easy and the things I don’t need to worry about go away. It’s quite simple really.
