Last year’s was Equanimity due to the influence of Elena Aguliar’s book ONWARD. That word grounded me with a loss of a parent and a spouse living with cancer. This year I want to look at the world differently, through the eyes of a child. With complete “WONDER” and awe. I want every experience be sensory joy.
