Two years ago, my word was “Vision”, and I worked all year to figure out my plan for the future, and learned a lot about myself and other things along the way. It wasn’t at all what I had expected, but I solidified my vision for life ahead, and surrounded myself with amazing people who happened to have similar visions.
Last year my word was “Rise”. I started the year off in a somewhat dark place, and I wanted to build my faith, establish a plan to achieve my vision, and uplift those around me. I became obsessed with the idea of addressing injustices that I’ve witnessed, and collaborating with leaders and visionaries who wished to do the same.
I chose Unforgettable for my word this year because I now know exactly what I want to achieve, I have an incredible team, loving family, and after reading “On Fire” by John O’Leary, I have decided to live a radically inspired life. What I mean by that, is not taking any moment of my life for granted, appreciating the little things, knowing that there is a GOOD reason for everything, and waking up each day with drive and passion to do anything I set my mind to. Once we become aware of an issue that we have the ability to solve, we are obligated to do so. As a student pursuing a career in dentistry and international business, I have become aware that the healthcare industry isn’t concerned with the quality of our food, and the food industry isn’t concerned about our health. Also, I have found that my generation is looking for a different & better way to generate income, which will allow us to define our own reality and leave a legacy for the next generation.
I want to build a community of leaders and visionaries with a common purpose of unlocking the potential within a generation by teaching the world to define our own reality.
