Namaste: “My soul honors your soul and we are one.”
1. Family: I think of this quite literally. Family is your home, your blood, your soul. Namaste means that I will hold my family in my heart and listen to them as someone who shares my life’s core.
2. Work: Namaste also means that individuals come together energetically to a place of connection and timelessness. This is the heart of our work with children, our community and each other.
3. Self: Sometimes we forget about taking care of ourselves. Namaste will mean for me to take time for my inner peace and inner thoughts and offer kindness to myself.
