I am the Incredible Hulk in real life. I don’t turn into a giant green rage monster and destroy everything in sight, but yet I fight a daily struggle with anger. When I get angry I tend to take it out on those around me, then the Bruce Banner in me takes over and I feel bad about my “outbursts”. These “outburst” are usually set off by something so minor that most people don’t even notice them or sometimes they are things that are out of my control that I can’t do anything about them in the first place. I have been blessed to have people (my wife and niece) around me who can help me control this anger when I let them, I just need to let them. In this coming year (2013) I will attempt to dedicate myself more to quieting the Incredible Hulk and allowing my Bruce Banner to be more present. I will also make more of an effort to find more positive ways to control this anger.
