Latest Entry For: focus / be at ease

From: Zan

I’m sorry but both items came to me. 1st “focus” but shortly followed by “be at ease”. I tried to argue. How can I have both? But just as quickly came the answer…
“focus to be at ease, be at ease to focus”

Who am I to argue?
