Our growing United Methodist Church family has decided to choose one word for our church, and one word for each ministry team while encouraging our church members to read the book and choose a word.
Frankly when I kept sensing the word embolden I questioned in my mind whether it was a real word. But, I discovered a Henry Melville quote that lifted my spirits by affirming that there was an exact fit into my life and ministry, “Praise is the best auxiliary to prayer; and he who most bears in mind what has been done for him by God will be most emboldened to supplicate fresh gifts from above.”
I feel embolden to take the next journey that God has planned for me and ready to use the gifts I have been blessed with.
