I have the gifts, the people who support me, the knowledge and the will to do what I’ve dreamt of doing but I prevent myself from actually achieving it. I overanalyze and think myself in a jail. MOVE will get me off the couch and making progress. It will also get me out among people to socialize while walking or hiking. It will help my marriage as we can move and do things together. No reason to stay stagnant – Blessed by God above I need to MOVE and do the footwork!
