My One Word: Discipline

I choose Discipline as my One Word for 2013 because its a word that fits in all areas of my life. This year I want discipline in my spiritual life especially, reading through the whole Bible in a year with my family. But also discipline in weight loss and training for a 1/2 marathon. Discipline in being a better parent and spouse!
