My One Word is Simplify. Like Martha in Luke 10:38-42 I often find myself trying too hard and as a result I wind up worried and distracted by many things–and I miss the better part that Mary found by sitting at Jesus’ feet. This year I want God to help me cut through all the pointless activity and experience rich relationships with Him and the people He has given me.
