SHERO: I struggled to choose my one word this year. However, after being inducted this past week into the Kentucky Women in Education Leadership (KWEL) cohort, (one of only 23 2019 inductees) I found my word. I chose “SHERO”! The 2019 KWEL theme was “Celebrating KY SHEROES”.
