I chose discipline because I am tired of having intentions to be healthier, more spiritual, more proactive, organized, a better wife, etc but really doing very little to change. I know that ultimately I have to seek Him first and He will give me the strength and direct my paths. I want to have the faith and courage to be all that God desires of me. I know that will not happen
unless I have discipline( spuritual, emotional, physical) in my day to
day life. I want to look back at the end of this year and be in a completely better place.
