My word for 2015 was Lead. As the year wore on I was becoming discouraged that my progress was not what I felt like it should have been. Through my time in the word and many conversations with a close friend I began to feel a movement of my heart; To be an effective leader I must first be an effective follower. So my word for 2016 is Follow and my hope is that I can continue to move in the direction of Christ, looking to follow his example first, before attempting to lead others.
