When moving to Tennessee from NC, I jumped in to being involved with everything I could. With a full time job that takes some of my time after hours, then adding in friendships, church life including small groups and volunteering, my loving boyfriend, and family, I have managed to stay overly busy. I find myself making everything a chore as opposed to being fully invested in my relationships and responsibilities. I want to find a balance, learn how to say no and eagerly say yes when I can. I want to set priorities and stick with them. I never want my relationships with God, my family, or my friends, because I made my life unbalanced. I have felt that way this past year, and this is the year I find the balance again!
