In the past year I have noticed in myself that there is a huge amount of negativity coming from my thoughts and actions. I have 3 small children and I work on a close basis with a large group of people that I can impact either in a positive or negative way. I want to use this year to help impact as many people, I want to try to drop the negativity in my life but I don’t feel that Positive is the right word because I don’t only want to help make myself positive but I want to help others through my positivity and so I chose Impact.
