My One Word: clean
From: Marsha M.
I hope this word does not do what you warned us about in the first chapter-trying to do too much to repair our faults, but the more I read in the book, the more I am convinced that it is the right word. I want to be clean in many areas of my life, starting with a clean heart (Psalm 51:10) and the rest will likely follow-clean mind, clean body, clean mouth, and clean house. If you asked my friends today, they would likely say that I’m already clean in all these areas, but God and I know that there is much room for improvement, so I am truly excited to see where God takes me on this journey. I know that He is going to help me achieve my desired changes, and who knows what else in this coming year. Can’t wait!
