As a school principal, I as faced with many decisions on a daily basis. My word last year was purposeful…as I wanted my staff to connect their choices to a common purpose. This year, I have chosen intentional because I want to make sure that I am making contientious decisions with clear intent — to benefit my staff, students, and family.
