So many times in the past I have found myself doing things the way I have always done them, without too much thought or contemplation; in a “If it ain’t broke, why fix it” kind of way. I’m afraid this has led me to just go through the motions without really thinking about them. This year I want to try and change that by slowing down and having all my actions become intentional. Now, I know ALL actions won’t be intentional but it is my goal to pay attention to the moment and slow down when making decisions so that they may become intentional decisions and not reactionary decisions. I know God is pushing me towards His something greater, I just have to pay attention to the signs.
