I have been running lost, frantic even, trying to do so much for so many over the past few years. I am literally exhausted. My dad died, sister had a very debilitating car accident, have 4 grandchildren in Foster care, a grandchild with very severe lung issues and a nephew awaiting a kidney transplant nd one awaiting a heart surgery.

With all of this, and my own health not good, I knew that I need to be very picky about what I was doing at every moment.. So I chose Intentional for my one word.

I want to be Intentional in my relationship with Jesus Christ, My relationship with my husband and especially with my time, family, health etc.

So my #OneWprd365 is Intentional
