I wanted the word balance and as I followed the steps in the book, God led me to steadiness…a synonym of balance. Mental and emotional steadiness:quality of getting regular, even, continuous development, frequency or intensity, securely and immoveably fixed in one place. I do want this type of balance in my life in all areas.
