At first I wanted my word to be harmony or balance, but then I realized what I really wanted was to have a better more planned, intentional use of time. I can’t control time, but I can choose where I put my time. I can choose to give my time to my children, husband, job, God and the list goes on. For me I can’t have balance and harmony until I figure out where to put my time. It is an intentional act. My mother always told me as a child ” Tempus Fugit” (time flies in Latin) and she was right. So, since I can’t control time and it is flying by, I must do my best to choose how I use the time God has given to me.
