One definition of ambition is “to seek after earnestly; aspire to”. I want to earnestly seek and focus on God’s desires for my life and my family. Ambition is lacking in my day-to-day activities. I’ve become apathetic; living each day without desire to improve my relationships with God, my family, or friends, or make extra efforts to do more than just the bare basics.
