My One Word: release

i pray that God will help me to release lingering upset and the feelings of abandonment that i have following my open heart surgery.
i also want to release my expectations of what i should be feeling like now, and how my body should be working.
i pray that i can release my judgement of people who i feel forgot me when i was struggling.
so…..
that is a LOT OF RELEASING!!!! (smile) but that is what i pray for help with this new year 🙂
