After a very successful year in business and buying our first home, I realize that my focus on “Relationships” (2015’s One Word) was a huge help in those achievements. So this year I am choosing “Healthy” to keep me focused on eating right and exercising all year long, instead of making resolutions and failing to follow through. Healthy also means making good choices for myself, my relationships, my business, and my spiritual development.
