Oh it was soo hard choosing a word! I went through several that I thought was “THE ONE” but they didn’t seem to click.

Since I tend to always have so much on my mind and I want to accomplish so many different things at one time that I wind up getting overwhelmed, I decided I needed a word that would help me to define my purpose, set priorities and stick with it until the process/project was complete.

And during my morning commute by bus, a sign had the word DISCIPLINE in it and it just “clicked”! I needed to discipline myself in specific areas of my life.
